- How long does it take to receive my order?

Generally, we ship within 5-9 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date your order is processed. After your order is confirmed, we will place an order with our supplier and ship the items as soon as they arrive.

Therefore, we may run out of stock after an order is placed. Please understand this in advance.
Both are based on business days. We do not perform order work and shipping work on Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition, for "sale items," we will ship within 3 business days after the product arrives.

- How much is shipping?

For orders under 10,000 yen in Japan, a 500 yen shipping fee will be charged.

Shipping to all other countries outside of Japan is 2500 yen for purchases under 15,000 yen and free for purchases over 15,000 yen.
