Paidy Next Month Payment (Convenience Stores/Banks)

• The invoice will be issued on the first day of the following month after the end of the month, and you will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the third day of the month.
• Payment can be made at convenience stores (payment at convenience store terminals), bank transfer, or account transfer.
• Payment is due by the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be deducted on the 12th*. However, the payment date for January and May may be the 20th*.
• Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, 356 yen (tax included); for bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. No payment fee will be charged for account transfer. *If the bank account is closed on a bank holiday, the payment will be made on the next business day.

Normally within 20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is completed.

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of reserved items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
